am 7.06.2021 fand in der Technischen Universität Uljanowsk der runde Tisch "Grüne Investitionen für die nachhaltige Entwicklung der Region Uljanowsk" statt, an dem der Leiter der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Peer Teschendorf, der Gouverneur der Region Uljanowsk A. Russkikh und die Leiterin der NGO "Goal No. 7" Tatiana Lanshina ein Memorandum über die Zusammenarbeit zur Entwicklung der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen in der Region Uljanowsk, zur Förderung der "grünen Wirtschaft" und zur Bekämpfung des Klimawandels unterzeichneten.
Heute ist die Region Uljanowsk eine der führenden Regionen der Russischen Föderation in der Entwicklung der erneuerbaren Energien und die Uljanowsker Erfahrungen in der Windenergie, beschrieben in der Studie zu Windenergie in Auftrag gegeben von der FES, werden von Tatiana Lanshina, Leiterin der NGO "Goal No. 7" und Forscherin von RANEPA, besonders betont.
Das Memorandum hat das Interesse aller Anwesenden an der weiteren Umsetzung von Projekten in der Branche der erneuerbaren Energien bestätigt, einschließlich der Schaffung von Pilot-, Demonstrations- und Bildungsprojekten in diesen Bereichen der Zusammenarbeit.
